In the previous 5 seasons of the show, ELANG’s cliffhangers were full of explosions, shootings, drama, and tensions. But, in the latest cliffhanger episode, it took a rather smooth approach.
The cliffhanger episode saw the long awaited wedding of Finn, a 3-timed groom, and his pregnant lover, Zara Park.
Meanwhile, the show also tackled serious issues such as gambling and domestic violence, often involved around Tyler and Lola’s troubling marriage. Since recently, Tyler begins to gamble on Tennis, then loses control on Lola and assaults her. Consequently, Lola flees from Swiftbrooke as Tyler tries to convince her that he was never meant to hurt her, but it was too late.
Simon, who suffered a heart attack earlier in the season, was diagnosed with both a brain tumor and heart failure. He was given 15 hours to live before sadly passing away.
